Edward Maurice Ragy

This is a man who was once a self-sufficient tradesman, now bedridden and entirely dependent on others following a series of serious and compounding medical conditions. He is the sole subject of this case, though he references his family who depend on him for support.
He received a kidney transplant in the past, after which he continued to work and maintain a normal life. However, the transplanted kidney eventually failed, and he has been undergoing regular dialysis for the past 11 years. Three years ago, he underwent hip replacement surgery, which initially allowed him to walk with the aid of a stick. His condition has since deteriorated significantly — his arm fractured spontaneously, a sign of severely compromised bone health, likely connected to long-term dialysis and associated mineral deficiencies. He is now completely bedridden, unable to leave his bed independently, and is crawling to move short distances. He is using a bucket as a toilet substitute, having lost access to basic sanitation and mobility.
He is currently under the care of an endocrinologist but can no longer afford to attend appointments. His available funds amount to 3,200 Egyptian pounds, which are insufficient to cover his ongoing medical needs.
